A menagerie of exotic and commonly seen animals has been taking up residence in the art room. Students from all stages have been experimenting with colour, shape, form and design when working within the theme of animals in design. The most glamorous goldfish, playful parrots, blooming butterflies, serene seahorses, and daring dragonflies are just some of the intriguing and yet, most amazing creatures which have inspired our young artists this term.
Students have used collage; painting and drawing in their artwork using oil pastels, food dyes watercolours and using some clever tricks they have achieved some of the most amazing results.
This term's art projects have been a roaring success! Watch out for them around the school.
