1-2M Love Literacy Activities!
This week 1-2M has had lots of fun learning about procedural texts. They have been involved in engaging activities by following procedures to make pirate hats and how to tie up their shoelaces. 1-2M has learnt that procedural texts are instructions that tell you firstly what you need and then provide step by step instructions to complete the task. Jyungarah said "I can tie my own shoelaces now!"
Today 1-2M played the game 'Silent Ball' then wrote their own procedural instructions for how to play it. Next they will make up a game, write the procedure and teach the game to the class.
Maddy said "This is so much fun. Can we do this everyday?"
