The Book Fair at our school was a great success!
The students enjoyed visiting the fair and bringing their parents to see the variety of books for sale. Our goal was to sell $1000 of books which would give us some great books for the library. We managed to sell over $1500 of books, which means LOTS of new books for the library. The students are very excited and can't wait for their new books to hit the shelves ready for borrowing.
Well done also to our colouring competition winners who won $6 book vouchers!

All the colouring competition entries will be displayed in the library for the next few weeks. Thank you to all the families who came in to support the Book Fair,
The students in 1-2N were very excited leading up to visiting the ‘Book Fair' display in the Library. They had been looking forward to purchasing some of the books from the display, written by authors such as Libby Gleeson and Aaron Blabey. Mrs Smith guided and supervised the children around the display and they were given the opportunity to write down the names of the books they bought during the week. Thank you to Mrs Smith for organising such a wonderful event. The students also really appreciate the time and effort that you put into the ‘Book Fair' and the ‘Colouring-in Competition'.
