Coding with 'Bee-Bot'

‘Bee-Bot' is on the move...

 

We would like to introduce you to K-1W class robot called Bee Bot. He has made an appearance in our class over the past two weeks in our literacy and math small group rotations. 

The children have been coding bee-bot (using the direction keys to program Bee Bot's journey) so that he can find his way to specific letters on his alphabet mat, to find a particular 2D shape on the shape grid and to find specific places on an island treasure map. The children have really enjoyed incorporating this
technology into their literacy and math learning.
