K1/S Retro, Racing Rockets

K1/S students have been racing to complete their retro rocket as part of a toys unit in science and visual arts.

Students cut out their rockets, coloured them in retro colours and blasted them into outer space, which they made using oil pastel and an ink wash.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blast off!
